Surf Break at Paunch was built with the idea of simplicity & the desire to focus on what makes our property unique and special: the jungle & wildlife!!
Our rooms are comfortable, but simple and rustic – with the hopes that our guests feel comfortable and take the opportunity to focus on the beauty all around us and enjoy all that Bocas has to offer whether that be an adventure or complete relaxation.
Our location allows you to get away, without having to completely “get away”. Most times the sound of the jungle and ocean are all you hear. We are conveniently located approximately
There are three restaurants within walking distance (10 – 20 minutes), another four restaurants in biking distance (30 – 40 minutes). Taxis usually take about 15 – 20 minutes to arrive when called. If your looking to get around a bit faster than our bikes will carry you but don’t feel like relying on Taxis, you can rent ATVs at nearby Flying Pirates (within walking distance) or try out Bocas eBikes as other fun transportation options available to get around Isla Colon. There are even two places to rent surf boards within walking distance for beginners or those that cannot bring their own boards.
